摘要
合理设计和布置生产管道是选煤厂运转顺畅、降低生产成本的关键环节。文章结合典型动力煤选煤厂工艺管道设计经验,介绍了选煤厂工艺管道管径、管材、阀门和管件的选取依据,阐述了管道布置的原则及过程,提出了三维设计是未来管道设计的发展方向,总结了动力煤选煤厂工艺管道设计安装过程的注意事项,为其他选煤厂管道设计提供了有益借鉴。
Rational design and layout of process pipeline is a key link for enabling a coal preparation plant to realize coat processing with reduced cost. On the basis of the experience gained in the design of the process pipeline for a typical power coal washery, the paper elaborates on the criteria for the selection of pipe size, material, fittings and valves, as well as the pipelining principle and process. It suggests that the direction of development of coal preparation plant process pipeline design be directed towards the adoption of the 3 - dimensional design mode. Finally, the points requiring special attention in the process of the design and installation of the piping system in proper coal preparation plant are summarized. The experience gained in this respect may serve as a valuable reference for the design of pipework in other plants.
