Analysis of the common internal factors influencing the separating performance of FGX-9 dry cleaning machine

摘要 为了进一步提高FGX-9型干选机的分选效果,以该型干选机作为分选设备,以阜新矿原煤作为原料进行工业性试验,研究了振幅、振动频率、床面角度、风压与风量对原煤分选效果的影响,并寻找最佳技术参数。研究结果表明:在试验条件下,精煤产率随振幅增加而下降,灰分则先降低后上升,且当振幅为8 mm时,分选效果最佳;该型干选机的振动频率通常在35~50 Hz之间,精煤产率随振动频率增加逐渐降低,灰分则先降低后升高,在实际生产中可以通过适当提高振动频率来提高精煤质量;在床面纵向角度为0°时,随着横向角度的增加,精煤产率逐渐增大,灰分随之上升,且当横向角度在7°~8°之间时,精煤质量最佳;随着风量的增加,精煤产率和灰分均先下降后上升,当风量在70 000~80 000 m3/h时,分选效果最佳。该研究对于改善FGX-9型干选机的分选效果有着重要指导意义。 In order to further enhance the separating performance of the FGX - 9 dry cleaning machine, in- dustrial test is made with the machine for treating the raw coal from Fuxin Coal Mine, so as to determine the effect on separation performance of the machine produced by common internal factors, such as vibration amplitude, frequency, inclination angle of deck, air pressure and volume, and to define the optimum technical parameters. Test result shows that under the test condition: the yield of clean coal drops with the increase of vibration amplitude, and at an amplitude of 8mm, a best separating result can be expected; the yield of clean coal decreases with the increase of vibration frequency ( The machine generally operates with a vibration frequency of 35 -50 Hz), and the ash of clean coal tends to first decrease and then go up; in industrial operation of the machine, the quality of clean coal can be improved through appropriately in- creasing vibration frequency ; at a vertical inclination angle of 0°, the yield of clean coal increases gradually with accordingly a higher ash with the increase of horizontal inclination angle; at a horizontal inclination angle of 7° - 8°, a best quality of clean coal can be obtained ; with the increase of air volume, both clean coal yield and ash first drop and then increase, and at an air volume of 70, 000 -80, 000 m^3/h, the machine can work with the best separating performance. The study made in the paper is of important guiding significance for the enhancement of the separating performance of the FGX -9 dry cleaning machine.
