摘要
目前,铁路装卸作业的固定式防护信号智能化程度相对滞后,制约铁路运输安全生产的发展。从设计依据、硬件结构、系统架构、系统功能及操作流程层面对固定式电动防护信号装置智能监控系统进行研究。实践表明,固定式电动防护信号装置智能监控系统能够在网络控制和网络视频的基础上,利用自动控制设备,在控制室中实现对固定式防护信号的安设和撤除,并且能够实时监控关键作业环节和固定式防护信号的状态,系统操作界面友好,安全可靠,可维护性和扩展性较强,尽可能地减少了作业人员的工作强度,有效提高装卸作业效率,同时实现对铁路装卸作业中固定式防护信号的智能化管理。
At present, the development of fixed protection signal intelligence for railway loading and unloading operation is lagging behind, which restricts the safe production of railway transportation. This paper studies the intelligent monitoring system of fixed electric protection signal device from these aspects of design basis, hardware structure, system architecture, system function and operation flow. The practical result shows that the intelligent monitoring system of fixed electric protection signal device can realize the installation and removal of the fixed protection signal in the control room based on the network control and the network video. It can also monitor the key operations in real time and the status of fixed protection signal by using automatic control equipment. The system has a user-friendly interface with safe and reliable performance and strong maintainability and expansibility. It can reduce the working intensity of operators as much as possible and effectively improve the efficiency of loading and unloading operations, so as to realize the intelligent management of fixed protection signal in railway loading and unloading operation.
