介绍了侧围外板模具的上气垫结构,随着冲次的增长,模具状态及稳定性发生下降,频繁发生制件质量和生产故障。通过对上气垫模具的结构实施改进,改善了制件质量和生产需求,延长了模具生命周期的案例。
This paper introduces the structure of the upper air cushion in the side enclosure outer panel die, with the rush of growth, The die condition and the stability is reduced, frequent product quality and production failure.Through improving the structure of air cushion structure, improved product quality and production requirements, the die life cycle is prolonged.
