摘要
【目的】为了研究甘肃‘高山细毛羊’在冬春季节放牧条件下,补饲不同种类、不同添加比例的玉米秸秆制成的颗粒料对羔羊生长性能及血液指标的影响.【方法】选取3月龄母羊30只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,分别在归牧后补饲0.5kg不同组成及比例的5种饲料.【结果】1、试验Ⅱ组ADG显著高于试验I组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组ADG最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05);2、试验Ⅱ组体高、胸围增长值显著高于试验I组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组体高增长值最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05),与试验Ⅴ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组胸围增长值最大,显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05);3、试验Ⅱ组血清TP含量显著高于试验I组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组血清TP含量最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05).【结论】由此可知,冬春季节对‘甘肃高山细毛羊’补饲颗粒饲料能够取得较好的生长效果,粗料中不同大豆秸秆玉米秸秆比例对羊只血清指标具有显著影响,大豆秸秆玉米秸秆最适比例为1∶1.
【Objective】This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of supplementation of straw mixture pellet feed with different kinds and appending different proportion on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep under winter and spring grazing condition.【Method】30healthy Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep（female）aged 90 days were assigned to five groups,each group with 6lambs and was fed on 0.5kg 5fodders with different composition and proportion after herding.【Result】ADG of group Ⅱ was higher than that of group I（P〈0.05）,ADG of group Ⅳ was the highest,and significantly higher than that of groupsⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ（P〈0.05）,respectively.The increasesin body height and chest girth of group Ⅱwere higher than that of group I（P〈0.05）,increase in body height of groupⅣ was the highest,and was higher than that of groupsⅤ（P〈0.05）,ⅢandⅡ（P〈0.05）,respectively.Increase in chest girth of group Ⅳ was the highest,and was significantly higher than that of groupsⅡ,Ⅲ andⅣ（P〈0.05）.TP of group Ⅱ was much higher than that of group I（P〈0.05）,TP of group Ⅳ was the highest,and was significantly higher than that of groupⅡ,Ⅲ andⅤ（P〈0.05）,respectively.【Conclusion】The result indicated lambs could achieve better growth performance after being supplied pellet feed in the winter-spring alpine pasture,the proportion of soybean stalk and corn stalk had significant effect on blood biochemical indexes.The optimal proportion of soy bean stalk to corn stalk was 1∶1.
