摘要
管道三通、法兰和埋地阀门等异型构件是管道系统中不可或缺的组成部分,对长输管道及阀站(室)的安全可靠运行起着至关重要的作用,而其表面防腐一直是防腐工程中的难题。结合中石化泰国天然气长输管道项目,分析异形件防腐蚀技术现状,详细介绍了STOPAQ黏弹体防腐材料优异的黏结性、气密性、自我修复等特点,以及其在埋地异型构件防腐领域的应用。
Abnormal pipe fittings such as tee,flange and buried valve are the important parts of pipeline system,which are very vital to the safety of pipeline system,valve station and chamber.Their surface amticorrosion is always a difficult problem.Based on the Thailand Long- distance Pipeline Project of Sinopec,this article introduces detailedly the advantages of STOPAQ anticorrosive viscous elastomer,such as caking property,gas tightness and self- healing,also the application of the anticorrosion material in abnormal pipe fittings.
