摘要
针对链块式多梳经编机存在的翻改花型不方便、花型循环受限制等问题,采用伺服电动机传动滚珠丝杠系统,设计一种结构紧凑的多梳经编机电子横移系统。以卡尔·迈耶公司的MRES33型多梳经编机为例,进行横移系统改装升级,并通过实际生产对比链块式横移机构和电子横移系统的生产情况。结果表明,该紧凑型多梳经编机电子横移系统具有花型更换便捷、生产速度提高和经济效益显著等优势,可用于多梳经编机的改进设计,有利于经编新产品的开发与生产。
In terms of the inconvenience of changing patterns and pattern repeat of the chain type multi-bar warp knitting machine, the paper designs one compact electronic shogging system, which employs servomotor control ball screw system. In addition, it takes Karl Mayer MRES33 multi-bar warp knitting machine as an example to make modification and upgrading, and compares the chain type shogging system and electronic shogging system through practical production. The results show that this system has the advantages of convenient change of patterns, significantly improving machine speed and reducing production costs, which can be used to improve design of multi-bar warp knitting machine and be beneficial for the development and production of warp knitted products.
