摘要
荧光量子产率是荧光增白剂的一个重要性能指标,是由荧光增白剂水溶液的紫外吸收和荧光光谱决定的。采用已知荧光量子产率的硫酸奎宁为标准物质,建立了一种检测荧光增白剂荧光量子产率的方法,并应用该方法检测了不同品种、不同品质、不同配伍组成的荧光增白剂的相对荧光量子产率,并对方法的准确性进行了验证。结果表明:目前国内水溶性荧光增白剂中C.I.351的荧光量子产率最高,接近1,高于DSD酸双三嗪类荧光增白剂,而DSD酸双三嗪类荧光增白剂又以C.I.71的荧光量子产率最高;荧光增白剂的增白强度、外观色光、应用色光等品质都与荧光增白剂的荧光量子产率有关,荧光量子产率越高,各项性能越优;荧光量子产率还可用以评价配伍产品的加合增效作用,而不必借助繁琐的应用试验;该方法相对标准偏差小于5%,方法重现性好。
Fluorescence quantum yield (FQY) is an important property index of fluorescent whitening agent (FWA), which is determined by violet absorbance and fluorescent septum of the FWA solution. A method inspecting FQY of FWA was established using known FQY of quinine sulfate as standard substance. The FQY method was adopted in the FQY inspection of different varieties, different quality and different combination FWA, and the accuracy of the method was verified. The results showed that the FQY of water-soluble FWA C.I. 351 was the highest, close to 1, higher than bistriazinylamino-stibene derivative series FWA; FQY of FWA C.I. 71 was the highest among bistriazinylamino-stibene derivative series FWA. Qualities of FWA, such as whitening strength, appearance and shade, application effects, were related to FQY. The experiments results showed that the higher the FQY, the better the performances. FQY could also be applied to evaluate the adduction synergism of products compatibility, free from the burden of complicated application tests. The relative standard deviation of this method was less than 5% and had good reproducibility.
