摘要
通过8-羟基喹啉(HQ)和铁(Ⅲ)配位反应制备8-羟基喹啉铁[Fe(Ⅲ)Q],并将其负载于活性炭上。利用紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)对产物进行结构表征。考察了反应温度、反应初始p H、催化剂离子价态和物质的量比以及用量、过氧化氢用量等因素对染料降解效果的影响。监测反应过程中p H、红外光谱(IR)和UV-Vis谱的变化,对反应中间体进行结构分析。结果表明:在弱碱性和中性条件下,Fe(Ⅲ)Q非均相催化氧化罗丹明B(Rh B)效果较好,适合处理Rh B染料废水。
Ferric 8-hydroxyquinoline [Fe( Ⅲ)Q] was prepared by complexing method using 8-hydroxyquinoline and ferric nitrate as raw material, which was loaded on activated carbon. The product was characterized by UV-Vis. The influences of reaction temperature, initial pH, mole ratio, ionic valent state and dosage of catalyst, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide on Rhodamine B degradation rate were investigated. The change of reaction process of pH, IR and UV spectrum in the reaction process was monitored. Intermediate structure was analyzed. The experimental results showed that under the alkaline and neutrality conditions, the heterogeneous catalytic oxidation of Fe(Ⅲ)Q to RhB was good. Fe(Ⅲ)Q was suitable for treatment of RhB dye wastewater.
