工业行业化学需氧量和氨氮排放的产业关联分析 被引量:2

Common Linkage Analysis of Chemical Oxygen Demand and Ammonia Nitrogen Emission in Industrial Sectors

摘要 以2010年化学需氧量和氨氮排放量为度量,基于假设抽取法,测算工业行业之间化学需氧量和氨氮的排放关联,分析共同特性和规律,发现隐藏在基础性行业背后的污染物排放源,探索工业行业减排的新路径。分析结果显示:化学需氧量和氨氮排放在工业行业之间发生了转移,且产业关联特性基本相似;基础性行业,如造纸、纺织、食品、化学、金属冶炼等,化学需氧量和氨氮直接排放最高,但不同行业的影响因素略有不同;服装鞋帽、交通运输设备、电气机械、通信设备、通用专用设备、非金属矿物制品等制造业,虽然直接排放较低,但将大量的化学需氧量和氨氮转移到基础性工业中,是隐藏的排放源;根据工业行业化学需氧量和氨氮排放的产业关联特性,抓住污染物排放和转移的关键切入点,挖掘减排潜力,制定相适宜的行业减排政策,更有利于实现减排目标。 In order to find the emission sources hidden behind basic industry, based on the hypothetical extraction method, common linkage analysis of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emission was measured. The results showed that chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emission transferred in sectors, with similar industrial linkage. Basic industries, such as paper making, textile, food, chemical and metal smelting, have the highest chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emission, due to different impact factors. Manufacturing industries with low emissions, such as clothing, shoes and hats, transportation equipment, electrical machinery, communications equipment, general and special equipment, non-metallic mineral products, transfer lots of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen to basic industries, indicating manufacturing industries are hidden emission sources. Focusing on key points of emission and transfer, emission reduction potential and suitable industrial policies can be made for more advantageous to achieve emission reduction targets.
