摘要
针对现有循环冷却水系统水处理技术存在的不足,将液电效应与网过滤技术相结合,设计了一种自清洁网过滤装置。对高浓缩倍率的电厂模拟和实际循环冷却水进行除垢试验,测试流注放电形式、携带比例、放电频率对除垢效果的影响。试验结果表明:该装置能够有效地对模拟和实际循环冷却水进行处理;正流注放电产生的清洁效果更明显;高携带比例时过滤网被完全堵住所需时间较长,压差较小,低携带比例时第一次放电产生的效果更明显,最终压差维持在更低水平;在试验设定的2种频率下,最终压差维持在相当的水平,从节能角度考虑,建议采用每分钟电击1次。该装置运行费用极其低廉,仅节约用水省下总成本的1.3%,就足以支付其运行电费。
Considering the defects of water treatment technology in the existing circulating cooling water system, a new type of self-cleaning filter system has been developed, which combined electrohydraulic discharges and mesh filtration. Tests were conducted on the scale elimination effect of artificially hardened water and practical circulating cooling water. The influence of positive and negative streamer discharge, discharge frequency, carrying ratios in the cleaning effect were tested. Results showed that the filtration effect was very good. The cleaning effect generated by positive streamer discharge was more obvious. The basic blocked time was longer, and the pressure drop was smaller in the higher carrying ratio test. The effect generated by the first discharge was more obvious, and the final pressure drop was maintained at a lower level in the lower carrying ratio test. The final pressure drop was maintained at the same level in the two kinds of frequency. From the view of energy, the frequency of one discharge per minute is recommended. The running cost of this system is extremely low, which only accounts for 1.3% of the money that saved bv water saving.
