摘要
以东莞轨道交通R2线伸缩缝密封胶开裂问题为例,通过分析开裂原因、判定密封胶所属类型,合理选择密封胶位移量和模量级别,并严格控制后续施工材料选择和工艺过程,从而形成了一套完整的针对密封胶粘接失效导致开裂问题的解决方法。
Taking sealant cracking of expansion joint in Dongguan Rail Transit Line R2 as an example, this article introduces solutions for completely solving cracking problem caused by sealant failure. By analyzing cracking reasons, the type of sealant is determined, sealant with suitable displacement and modulus are selected, and material selection and construction in follow- up process are strictly controlled.
