摘要
文章阐述了"文档一体化"的内涵、理论基础、发展历程和研究现状,总结了一体化的特征。其生成控制一体化、管理流程集成化、信息利用一体化等特征要求对当前的文件管理与档案管理方式进行革新。文章基于中国科学院建设资源规划项目(Academia Resource Planning,简称ARP项目),对文档一体化进行了初步的探索研究,给出了实践中产生的问题和解决的方法。
The paper describes the connotation, theoretical basis, development process and current research situation of document integration, and summarizes its characteristics. The characteristics of generation-control integration,management process integration and information utilization integration require current document and archive management mode to be innovated. Based on ARP projects of CAS, the author undertakes a preliminary study on document integration, and presents problems in practice and their solutions.
