超声弹性成像技术的发展及其对肺门及纵隔肿大淋巴结诊断价值的临床研究进展 被引量:6

Development of ultrasound elastography technology and progress of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes

摘要 超声弹性成像技术弥补了常规超声不能反映组织硬度信息的不足,在鉴别疾病良恶性方面表现出良好的应用前景。本文根据现有的研究结果,对超声弹性成像技术的发展及其在肺门及纵隔肿大淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用作一综述。 Ultrasound elastography makes up for the deficiency of conventional ultrasound which can not reflect the stiffness of tissue,and presents a promising application prospect in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions.Based on the available researches,we summarize the development of ultrasound elastography technology and progress of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes.
