摘要
智能化电厂将是火电厂未来的发展趋势,但因定义不清,缺少相关标准和规范支持,已建的智能发电厂在节能减排增效方面尚没有显露出其优势。本文对其中的主要问题进行分析,结合电厂生产和管理本身的特点,从控制角度考虑,就智能化电厂的系统结构和层次规划进行探讨,对现场智能设备层、智能控制层、厂级管控层、集团监控层的主要技术应用与功能进行阐述,供同行参考。
The intelligent power plant will be the future development trend of thermal power plants. However, because of the unclear definition and the lack of relevant support standards and specifications, the newly built intelligent power plants have not revealed their advantages in terms of energy saving and emissiun reduction. In this paper, the main problems are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the production and management of power plants, the system structure and hierarchical planning are discussed in the view of control. The main technical applications and functions of the field intelligent equipment layer, intelligent control layer, plant-level supervisory control layer and group-level monitoring layers are elaborated. The result in this paper may provide reference for the colleagues.
