摘要
生物医药产业发展对高校人才培养提出了新的要求。本文以《生物医药研究方法》课程教学探索为切入点,从教师团队、教学模式、考核方式几方面探讨建立以学生为主体、适应行业实际需求的应用型人才的教学模式。
The development of bio-pharmaceutical industry put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. To meet the practical needs of the industry,we established the teaching mode of applied talents with students as the main body from the aspects of teachers＇ team,teaching mode and assessment methods in the teaching of ＂Biomedical Research Methodology＂.
