摘要
国际商务硕士专业学位与其他硕士专业学位一样,在研究生培养阶段实施校内导师和校外导师共同指导的双导师制。相较于校内导师在研究生指导方面的丰富经验,校外导师往往对如何有效开展研究生指导工作感到无从下手,这影响了校外导师作用的真正发挥,也使学生感到校外导师形同虚设。本文从提高校外导师指导频率、在实践环节制定具体计划并进行过程监督、全程参与学生论文写作指导工作等几方面提出了充分发挥校外导师作用的建议。
MIB students,as well as the other master＇s professional degrees,should be jointly tutored by both the professors in the university and the instructors from companies and other organizations. Compared with the university professor＇s rich experience in the guidance of graduate students,the outside instructors often don＇t know how to effectively guide the graduate students,which limit the roles they can play. This paper gives some suggestions on the roles the outside instructors can play from the perspectives of increasing the guidance frequency,setting plans and implementing supervision in the course ofinteruship,giving advices on students＇ thesis,etc.
