摘要 供电可靠性是电网公司规划、建设项目决策的主要指标,是保障规划项目顺利实施的手段。为了减少决策失误,提出可靠性大数据的电力公司经营决策模型设计课题。根据配电网多年的经验,给出供电可靠性在不同区域的发展阶段,并给出相应的初步决策方案。基于此构建了经营决策模型的基本框架,进一步论述该模型的各模块功能。以某公司实际情况为实例,利用该经营决策模型进行计算分析,验证了该经营决策模型的可操作性与准确性。 Power supply reliability is the main index of grid company planning & project decision, and the implementation of planned projects can be ensured by improving the reliability. In order to reduce decision-making errors, electric power company management decision-making model is proposed based on reliability large data. According to the experience in distribution grid, the development stages of the power supply reliability in a different area are presented, and corresponding preliminary decision scheme are given. Based on which the basic framework of the model is established, each module function is described. Taking a certain company as an example, the operability & accuracy of the management decision-making model is verified by calculating analysis with the proposed model.
