头盘间距动态测试算法

摘要 本文给出了利用磁头本身的读出信号测量头盘间距动态变化的一种有效方法,找到了保证其可靠性的关键条件,给出了测量时关键参考数的计算公式,在此基础上本文还给出了所设计的测试系统和一种简易可靠的误差测定与记录频率确定方法。 The factors affecting measuring accuracy are discussed and the condition for guaranteeing the reliability is found, that is, only one frequency is allowed in the read-out signal. A simple method is proposed to meet the requirement of using only the frequency response characteristics of the head. The measuring system and a new error measuring and adjusting method are given. The minimum error condition found, that is, the recording bit length should be 1. 5 times the gap length, is in good agreement with the experimental result.
