摘要
海洋平台在加工设计过程中,需要统计大量的ISO图（Piping Isometric Drawing）所包含的焊口与保温工作量信息.通常采用的人工统计方式存在“工时占用量大“统计出错率高”、“统计数据不规范”等问题.针对这一情况,开发了基于Visual Basic技术的ISO图工作量统计软件.该软件充分运用了AutoCAD和Microsoft Excel的二次开发能力,利用VB搭建起了两者之间的数据传输桥梁,通过“焊口工作量统计”和“保温工作量统计”两个应用模块使ISO图工作量统计工作得以实现批量化、自动化与高效化.
In the period of shop design, statistical information about the workload of welded junction and heat insulation should be expressed in a great number of ISO drawing （Piping Isometric Drawing）. There are weak points in common statistical method： long time- occupancy, high statistical error ratio, and non-standardization of statistical data. In view of the situation, ISO drawing workload statistics software, which is based on Visual Basic technology, is developed in full use of customization development of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. In the software, a data transmission bridge between the AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel by VB is built. The ISO drawing workload statistics can work, automatically, efficiently and in batch mode with the help of two software modules of ＂Weld Junction Workload Statistics＂ and ＂Insulation Workload Statistics＂.
