摘要
论文以蓝鲸船执行ZAWTIKA 1B项目结构物安装为背景,阐述了锚系定位的浮吊船海上作业的相关设计准则及分析方法,为船舶适应性及施工窗口的选择提供依据.通过建立船舶及锚系的水动力模型模拟船舶作业及待命状态,分别考虑8个典型遭遇浪向的环境条件,针对各浪向下完整工况和单缆破断工况,利用准静态方法对承受风浪流联合作用的系泊系统进行求解,得到船舶的运动响应和各锚缆的受力情况;结合规范要求及船舶自身特性确定限制条件,通过优化设计,获得合适的锚位及各遭遇浪向下能承受的极限环境条件,将计算结果与作业地点波高及浪向的联合分布情况对比分析,确定船舶在各月份的作业及生存概率,为蓝鲸船在新海域的作业适应性及其它船舶在该海域的作业提供参考.
This paper is based on the structural installation carried out by LANJING barge in ZAWTIKA 1B project. Corresponding design criteria and analysis methods for the derrick barge positioned with anchor systems are described. Hydrodynamic models are built for the hull and mooring systems under operation and standby conditions respectively. Eight typical encounter wave directions are considered,and in each case intact and single line damage conditions are researched. Quasi-static method is used to solve the mooring system under the combined action of wind,wave and current. In this way motion response of the barge and force acting on the anchor line can be obtained. Optimal design and comparative analysis is performed. operational and survival probability for the barge in each month is confirmed.
