摘要
首次提出采用超重力MDEA法脱硫＋自循环Lo-Cat工艺作为海上FPSO天然气脱硫工艺.用该工艺处理后的天然气满足FPSO透平发电机对燃料气的要求,且燃烧产物SO2排放量能满足环保排放指标要求.
First we put forward the MDEA（methy 1-diethanolamine） desulfurization process with RPD（rotating packed bed） add self-loop Lo-Cat process as offshore FPSO gas desulfurization process. This process can meet the requirements of the fuel gas to FPSO turbine generator, and the total combustion products SO2 emissions can meet environmental emissions requirements.
