摘要
在建设海洋工程过程中,为了稳定结构需要用到大量的高强钢.但是,在焊接钢材的过程中,钢材焊接接头的组织性能很容易受到影响,而传统的焊后热处理方法需要投入大量的资金.为了提高工作效率及节约成本,论文研究了海洋结构钢的韧性,分析海洋结构钢韧性的重要性及其当前存在的主要问题,了解CTOD的概念,分析如何通过CTOD实验流程及现场控制,实现CTOD实验技术在海洋结构钢中的应用,从而稳定海洋结构钢的性能.
A great deal of high-strength steel is needed in the construction process of marine engineering. However, during the welding of steel, the microstructure and properties of the joint are vulnerable, and traditional PWHT method requires great expense. In order to improve efficiency and save cost, the toughness of marine structural steel is studied in this paper. For the purpose of stabilizing marine steel structure, the concept of CTOD is introduced, and application of CTOD experimental techniques in marine steel structure, is discussed on.
