摘要
对10mm厚5083铝合金分别进行YAG激光焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)及激光-MIG电弧复合焊试验,对比了三组焊缝在成形、气孔率、显微硬度等方面的差别。三种焊接方法所获得的焊缝在成形上存在较大差异,在焊接熔深方面,复合焊最深、激光焊次之、MIG焊最浅;在焊接熔宽方面,复合焊最大、MIG焊次之、激光焊最小。激光焊由于匙孔不稳定,容易形成工艺气孔,气孔率最大;复合焊中由于电弧对工艺气孔有抑制作用,气孔率较小;三者中MIG焊气孔率最小。而对于显微硬度,激光焊由于未添加焊丝较MIG焊和复合焊存在较大区别,激光焊接接头硬度分布曲线呈"V"形,而MIG焊和复合焊硬度分布曲线呈"W"形。从整体上看MIG焊焊缝显微硬度最高。
The YAG laser welding,metal inert-gas welding(MIG)and laser-MIG arc hybrid welding tests were carried out on the 10 mm thick 5083 aluminum alloy to contrast the difference on weld forming,porosity,microhardness among the three groups.The weld forming of three welding methods were quite different.In welding penetration,laser-MIG arc hybrid welding was the deepest one,laser welding was less than laser-MIG arc hybrid welding,MIG welding was the shallowest one.In welding width,laser-MIG arc hybrid welding was the biggest one,MIG welding was less than laser-MIG arc hybrid welding,laser welding was the smallest one.Because of keyhole instability,the laser welding easy to form air hole,porosity was the biggest one.Laser-MIG arc hybrid welding had inhibitory effect to air hole,porosity was small.Of the three welding,MIG welding porosity was the smallest one.Because of not adding welding wire,the microhardness of laser welding was different from MIG Welding and Laser-MIG Arc Hybrid Welding,laser welding hardness distribution curve showed " V" shape.MIG Welding and Laser-MIG Arc Hybrid Welding hardness distribution curve showed " W" shape.Overall,the microhardness of MIG welding was the biggest one.
