基于PAC理论的少数民族大学生心理危机应对策略研究——以重庆市6所职业院校土家族学生为例 被引量:7

摘要 增强高校少数民族大学生心理健康教育的实效,需要在科学理论的指导下,结合少数民族学生的特殊情况,构建合理有效的心理危机干预引导体系。基于重庆市6所职业院校土家族学生心理测查的研究表明,运用PAC理论构建"A-A"人际交往思维模式,可以有效地缓解少数民族大学生心理危机。为了促进少数民族大学生思想道德素质、科学文化素质和身心健康素质的协调发展,需要进一步完善少数民族大学生心理危机早期预警机制、构建心理危机干预网络、加强心理危机干预后期跟踪、推动心理危机科学防范。 To improve the effectiveness of the mental health education of college minority students,it is required to construct a reasonable and effective psychological crisis intervention guidance system, combining with the special circumstances of minority students under the guidance of scientific theory. The mental test of Tujia students among 6Vocational College in Chongqing shows that the application of PAC theory to build "A-A" interpersonal thinking mode can effectively alleviate psychological crisis of minority students. In order to promote the coordinated development of ideological,moral,scientific and cultural qualities as well as physical and psychological health of minority students,we have to further prefect the early-warning mechanism,construct the network,strengthen post-tracking as well as promote scientific prevention on psychological crisis intervention of minority students.
