摘要
目的评价曲面重建技术(CPR)在肋骨微细骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例胸部外伤后经螺旋cT扫描并VR、MPR重建显示无明显肋骨骨折,进一步用CPR技术对受损区域肋骨进行重建,观察有否肋骨微细骨折。结果经cPR技术重建显示6例(7根)肋骨骨折:发生在左侧2例(3根),发生在右侧4例(4根);不完全性肋骨骨折5根,完全性肋骨骨折2根;3根肋骨骨折线位于后肋,2根位于腋侧,2根位于前肋与肋软骨交界处。结论螺旋cT曲面重建技术能很好的显示肋骨微细骨折,对提高肋骨隐性微细骨折的检出率有重要临床意义。
Objective To study the value of Curved Planar Reconstruction ( CPR ) in the diagnosis of tiny fracture of ribs. Methods 20 patients of no obvious costal fractures after thoracic trauma with MSCT by volume rendering ( VR ) and multi planar reconstruction ( MPR ) were analyzed retrospectively to find if there were tiny fractures with CPR. Results 7 ribs in 6 cases were found tiny fractures with CPR. 3 fractures in 2 cases were occurred in left ribs, while 4 in right. 3 fractures located in posterior ribs, 2 in corpus costae, and 2 in caput costae. 5 fractures were incomplete ones, while 2 were complete ones. Conclusion MSCT with MPR can show tiny costal fractures well, which has significant clinical value for detection of occult tiny costal fractures.
