摘要
领导者要想赢得下属的敬重和爱戴,让更多的人追随自己一起实现既定的组织目标,需要在掌握领导科学的基础上,充分运用领导艺术调动下属的积极性和创造性。善待下属既是领导者为官执政的一种美德和精神境界,也是一种重要的领导艺术。为此,领导者应有关爱下属之心、尊重下属之情、宽容下属之量、信任下属之诚和垂范下属之姿。
To achieve the goal of organization,leaders need the support of the subordinates. To win the respect and love of the subordinates,a leader must understand the art of leadership and know how to provoke the creativity and initiative of the subordinates. Kindness to subordinates is not only an important virtue of a political leader,but also an important part of the art of leadership. Therefore,leaders should care for their subordinates,respect them,tolerate them,trust them,and lead them by example.
