摘要
随着世界互联网的整体性发展,中国互联网获得了全面而高速的发展。尤其是新媒体的快速崛起,从技术层面构建了网络空间内信息搜集、存储、生产、流通与整合的基础设施。新媒体的发展提供了话语变革场景与契机,呈现出话语空间多元化的民间话语空间不断发展,话语主体意识显著增强,话语表述众声喧哗、良莠并存等特征。由此可见,人们对于新媒体手段、技术的运用,已渗透到社会空间和私人领域的各个方面,对社会话语生产、流通与意义建构乃至整体性话语生态变革的总体考察与分析,需要建基于此。
Along with the overall development of global internet, Chinese internet has gained comprehensive and rapid progress. Especially with the fast rise of new media, technological infrastructure has been successfully built up for information searching, storage, production, circulation and integration within the cyber space. The development of new media has provided occasion and chance for discourse revolution, displaying the diversity of discourse space, the continual development of mass' s discourse space, the intensification of discourse subject's consciousness, and the noise of public expression with both good and bad stuff mixed. Therefore, the application of new media approaches and technology has perpetuated into various social space and private sectors. General analyses and studies of social discourse production, circulation and meaning fabrication, or even revolution in ecological discourse, shall be based on these traits.
