摘要
目的探讨高温高压记录仪对真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的监测应用,以实时了解真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的物理参数。方法自2011年1月起,在每季度及日常监测不符合要求时,采用德国ebro记录仪对真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌过程进行物理性能验证。结果总共监测26次,常规23次监测验证结果与设定值相符;1次批量监测异常时,验证结果为灭菌时间内温度低于设定值;2次生物监测阳性,1次验证结果为灭菌时间内,压力低于设定值,另1次验证结果与设定值相符,但灭菌时间内温度、压力的波动大,温度波动>2℃,压力波动>5kpa。结论验证结果与实际设定值存在差异,建议制定监测标准,定期用记录仪对灭菌器进行验证,以保证灭菌器的灭菌效果,同时记录仪可运用于灭菌器故障原因分析。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of high temperature and high pressure recorder in monitoring of vacuum pressure steam sterilizer so as to facilitate the real-time understanding of physical parameters of vacuum pressure steam sterilizer. METHODS Since Jan, 2011, the physical performances were verified for the process of sterilization of the vacuum pressure steam sterilizer by using ebro recorder of Germany when the seasonal or daily monitoring did not meet the requirements. RESULTS Of totally 26 times of sterilization process were monitored, 23 conformed to the set value~ when one batch of monitoring was abnormal, the temperature within the sterilization time was lower than the set value; two time of biological monitoring were positive, one time was within the sterili- zation time, the pressure was lower than the set value; another time of verification result was in line wit the set value, however, the temperature and pressure fluctuated ation of the temperature more than 2℃, the fluctuation difference between the verification result and the actual significantly within the sterilization time, with the fluctu- of the pressure more than 5kpa. CONCLUSION There is set value. It is suggested that the monitoring standard should be formulated, the regular verification should be carried out for the sterilizer by using the recorder so as to ensure the sterilization effect, furthermore, the recorder can be used for analysis of causes of failure of the sterilizers.
