开孔洞单板层积材搁栅受力性能分析及胶合板增强研究 被引量:4

摘要 分析了开孔单板层积材搁栅的破坏模式,对比了在不同位置处开孔对搁栅破坏的影响,并研究了在孔洞周围使用钉接胶合板进行强化的方法。试验结果表明:开孔严重影响LVL搁栅的力学性能,且随着孔径的增大,承载能力削弱程度增大;在侧边开孔削弱了搁栅的承载能力但对其刚度无影响,在跨中位置开孔削弱了搁栅的承载能力,同时降低了搁栅刚度;在孔洞周围使用钉接胶合板强化法,提高了搁栅的承载能力;增加胶合板厚度和钉子数量,搁栅的承载性能整体呈上升趋势;胶合板对开孔搁栅的强化能力取决于两者间的有效贴合程度。 Authors of this paper analyze the failure mode of LVL joists with holes, compare the effect of holes location on the performance of joists, and study the reinforcement methods with nailed-plywood around holes. Experiments show that holes seriously impact the mechanical property of LVL joists, with the increase of the aperture, the carrying capacity will dramatically reduce. The carrying capacity of joists decreases with holes in the side, but has no effect on its rigidity, the carrying capacity and rigidity of joists decrease with holes in midspan. Using reinforcement methods with nailed-plywood around holes improves the carrying capacity of joists. The carrying capacity of joists increases with increasing of the thickness of plywood and the quantity of nails. And the strengthening ability of plywood on joists with holes depends on the effective joint degree between them.
