摘要
通过乙氧基甲酰氯的异硫氰酸酯化 ,再与芳胺加成反应合成了 8种新的 N-乙氧甲酰基 -N′-芳基硫脲化合物 ,其结构经过 IR、1 HNMR和元素分析等方法证明 。
Eight new N ethoxyformyl N′ arylsubstituted thioureas were synthesized by the reaction of ethoxyformyl isothiocyanates and arylamines.Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and elementary analysis.Preliminary herbicidal test shows that some of the target compounds have excellent inhibitory activity against root and stack growth of monocotyledon plant barnyard grass.
