中西医结合治疗脑梗死后遗症临床探讨被引量：4

摘要目的探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床应用效果。方法 90例脑梗死后遗症患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组给予单纯西医药物治疗,研究组给予中西医结合治疗。两组均连续治疗1个月为宜,记录其临床疗效并给予统计学分析。结果治疗后,研究组基本治愈8例,占17.78%;显效21例,占46.67%;有效12例,占26.67%;无效4例,占8.89%;临床总有效率为91.11%。对照组基本治愈4例,占8.89%;显效17例,占37.78%;有效13例,占28.89%;无效11例,占24.44%;临床总有效率为75.56%。研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死后遗症患者给予中西医结合治疗可显著提高其临床疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。 Objective To investigate clinical application effect by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of cerebral infarction sequela.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction sequela were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received single Western medicine for treatment,and the research group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines.Both groups received treatment for 1 month,and their clinical effects were recorded for statistical analysis.Results After treatment,there were 8 basically cured cases in the research group,accounting for 17.78%,21 excellent cases,accounting for 46.67%,12 effective cases,accounting for 26.67%,and 4 ineffective cases,accounting for 8.89%.Its total clinical effective rate was 91.11%.The control group had 4 basically cured cases,accounting for 8.89%,17 excellent cases,accounting for 37.78%,13 effective cases,accounting for 28.89%,and 11 ineffective cases,accounting for 24.44%,along with total clinical effective rate as 75.56%.The research group had higher total clinical effective rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines can improve clinical effect in treating cerebral infarction sequela,and this method is beneficial to quality of life and physical and mental health in patients.
