摘要
研究了由环氧大豆油 (ESBO)合成环氧脂肪酸稀土的新工艺。结果表明 ,由环氧大豆油在乙醇 -水溶液中与烧碱 (Na OH)进行皂化反应 ,然后将所生成的环氧钠皂溶液与氯化稀土溶液进行复分解反应 ,可以合成得到环氧基保留完好的高纯度环氧脂肪酸稀土。皂化反应的适宜工艺条件为 :溶剂乙醇含量 (体积分数 ) 75 % ,溶剂用量2 .5 m L· (g ESBO) - 1 ,Na OH用量 3.15 m ol· (m ol ESBO) - 1 ,反应温度 5 0℃ ,反应时间 10 min;复分解反应的适宜工艺条件为 :氯化稀土用量 1mol· (mol ESBO) - 1 ,反应温度为室温 ,氯化稀土溶液加入时间 10 min,继续反应时间2 0
A new technology for synthesis of epoxydised fatty acid rare earth salts from epoxydised soya bean oil (ESBO) was studied It is shown that high purity epoxydised fatty acid rare earth salts having the epoxy groups preserved completely could be obtained by saponification of ESBO in aqueous alcoholic solutions of caustic soda,followed by double decomposition of the epoxydised sodium soap solutions so produced with aqueous solutions of rare earth chloride The optimum technical conditions for the saponification were as follows:alcohol content of the solvent (in volume fraction)75%,use level of the solvent 2 5mL·(gESBO) -1 ,use level of caustic soda 3 15 mol·molESBO) -1 ,reaction temperature 50℃,and reaction time 10min;those for the double decomposition;use level of the metal salts 1mol·(molESBO) -1 ,reaction temperature room temperature,time for adding rare earth chloride solution 10min,and continuous reaction time 20min
