摘要
根据近年来的专利统计数据,主要从山西省企业专利申请及授权情况、山西省创新型企业及承担知识产权贯标工作企业的专利情况、山西省企业有效发明情况、山西省高新技术企业专利状况及重点领域专利状况入手,对2014年山西省企业的专利情况进行了分析。
According to the statistical data of patent in recent years,this paper analyzes the paten status of Shanxi’s enterprises in 2014 mainly from the aspects of the patent application and authorization status of Shanxi’s enterprises,the patent status of the innovation-oriented enterprises and the enterprises undertaking the intellectual property rights standard implementing work in Shanxi,the effective invention status of Shanxi’s enterprises,the patent status of Shanxi’s high-tech enterprises and the patent status of Shanxi’s major fields.
