摘要
目的分析左甲状腺素钠在老年甲状腺功能减退症治疗中的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年1月—2015年2月在该院治疗甲状腺功能减退症的老年患者70例为研究对象,随机进行分组,35例常规组患者服用甲状腺片,35例研究组患者服用左甲状腺素钠,比较分析两组治疗效果、脂代谢指标、甲状腺激素水平和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率比常规组高17.14%,不良反应率比常规组低14.28%,而且治疗后,研究组三酰甘油为(0.6±0.2)mmol/L,总胆固醇为(1.4±0.8)mmol/L,促甲状腺激素为(3.3±2.1)U/m L,血清游离甲状腺素为(10.7±1.6)μmol/L,血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸为(4.6±1.2)μmol/L,均明显优于常规组,两组数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠能有效缓解老年甲状腺功能减退症患者病情,改善脂代谢,减少不良反应,在临床上有较大的推广使用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying levothyroxine sodium to treat the senile hypothyroidism.Methods Convenient selection 70 elderly patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly. The conventional group for 35 cases was treated with thyroid tablet, and the research group for 35 cases was treated with levothyroxine sodium. Comparative analysis of two groups of treatment effect, lipid metabolism, thyroid hormone levels and adverse reactions occur. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 17.14% higher than that of the conventional group, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 14.28% lower than that of the conventional group. And After treatment, the team three acyl glycerin for tendency for L（0.6±0.2）mmol/L, total cholesterol to tendency for L（1.4 ± 0.8）mmol/L, thyroid stimulating hormone（3.3±2.1） U/m L, serum free thyroxine（10.7±1.6） for μmol/L, serum free three gland original glycine iodine armor is（4.6±1.2） μmol/L, were significantly better than the conventional group, two groups of all the data are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium not only can effectively relieve the condition of the senile hypothyroidism, but also can improve lipid metabolism and reduce adverse reactions, which has high promotion and application value in clinical practice.
