苗期大豆对除草剂草甘膦的耐受性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究苗期大豆对10%草甘膦水剂处理后的耐受性,以市售大豆为实验材料,采用沙培法,在大豆苗期(第3复叶期)的茎和叶涂抹10%草甘膦水剂,测定幼苗的形态指标及可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量等的变化。结果表明:用10%草甘膦水剂处理大豆苗期不同部位,幼苗生长缓慢,且叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量均下降、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均升高,但是茎和叶下降、上升的程度不同。大豆不同部位对草甘膦的敏感程度不同,叶比茎更耐受草甘膦。本试验为草甘膦的作用机制研究提供了一定的理论依据。 The experiment was conducted to study the tolerance of soybean seedlings treated with 10% glyphosate aqueous solution. In this paper, a pot method was used to determine the activities of morphological and soluble sugar content, chlorophyll changes in content, proline content and MDA content and the like of spraying 10% glyphosate in the soybean seedlings(third leaf stage) of stems and leaves as commercial soybean. The results indicated that seedling growth was slow, and the chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content were decreased, MDA and proline content were increased, but the stems and leaves had a decrease or increase of various degree. There were glyphosate-resistence differences between soybean seedlings parts.The stem was more sensitive than leaf. The experiment had an important significance for studying the mechanism of glyphosate and enhancing the yield of soybean.
