摘要
通过对连云港市城区内7条主要河道的现状、规划、涉河建筑物、河流环境与生态等情况进行深入调查,分析了城区河道岸线利用现状及存在的问题,研究提出了岸线利用指导意见和保护措施。对实现岸线资源的科学管理、合理利用和有效保护,保障防洪安全、供水安全和水生态安全具有重要的作用。
The present situation,plans,river related buildings,river environment and river ecology of the seven major rivers in Lianyungang City are deeply investigated.The present situation and the problems of the utilization on the river shoreline are analyzed.The guidance opinions and protection measures are put forward eventually.It plays an extremely vital role to realize the scientific management of the coastal resources,rational use and effective protection,and ensure the safety of flood control,water security and water ecological security.
