摘要
农业标准化是我国农业现代化的一项重要课题。首先从宏观角度,对我国农业标准化的发展历程进行了总结;其次,分析了我国农业标准化在不同发展阶段的路径演变,经历了"政府指导型"、"科技+合作社型"、"公司带动型"、"四元联合型"和"市场主导型"五种发展路径;再次,对以美国、欧盟等为代表的发达国家农业标准化发展实践,进行经验总结;最后,在以上分析的基础上,提出我国农业标准化现阶段发展需要在农业标准的制定、标准化的参与主体、标准化全产业链的发展、产品的质量检测体系等方面做进一步完善和补充。
Agricultural standardization is an important subject of agricultural modernization in our country.This article,first from a macro point of view,summarizes the development of agricultural standardization in China.Then,the paper analyzes the evolution paths of agricultural standardization in different development stages,which has experienced five paths：the ＂government guidance type＂, ＂technology＋ cooperative type＂, ＂company DaiDongXing＂, ＂four yuan joint＂ and ＂ market-oriented＂.In addition,it summarizes practice and experience of agricultural standardization development in the developed countries represented by the United States and the European Union.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the paper suggests that agricultural standardization in our country at present need supplement and improvement in agricultural standardization standards,the participation of the subject,standardization development of the whole industry chain,product quality inspection system.
