摘要
目的观察中药与矿物质混合湿热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 2011-06—2015-02在解放军第451医院确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者285例,随机分为治疗组150例,对照组135例,治疗组采用中药与矿物质以2∶5比例混合湿热敷,对照组采用超短波治疗,比较两组患者接受治疗后的疗效及疼痛评分情况。结果治疗组患者接受治疗后的疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者(t=4.73,P<0.01);治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组患者(χ2=5.968,P<0.05)。结论中药与矿物质混合热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症见效快,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of hot-wet compression with the mixture of herbal medicine and mineral substance in treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 285 patients diagnosed with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in PLA No.451 Hospital from June 2011 to February 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 150 cases in the treatment group and 135 cases in the control group.The treatment group received the thermotherapy of herbal medicine and mineral substance with a mixed proportion of 2：5 by hot-wet compression while the control group received the ultra-short wave therapy.The curative effect and the pain scores after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group （t = 4.73, P 〈 0.01）, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ χ^2=5.968, P 〈 0.05）.Gonclusion The therapy of hot-wet compression with the mixture of herbal medicine and mineral substance in treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc is effective with remarkable results.
