摘要
针对智能电网建设过程中需要准确掌握居民用电特性的要求,将居民负荷分解为基本负荷和季节性负荷。基于自适应模糊c均值算法,分别对居民日基本负荷和夏季降温设备日负荷进行聚类分析。根据分类结果进行负荷特性分析,并在此基础上提出一种用户分类的方法,实现对居民用电行为特性的差异化分析。实验结果表明,基于该分类方法能够准确地描述用户用电行为特性,为需求响应如峰时电价制定、错峰管理、负荷调控等提供了有效的数据支撑。
In view of the need of accurately grasping the characteristics of residential electricity consumption in the process of the design and construction of smart grid, residential load is decomposed to basic load and cooling load which are classified based on adaptive fuzzy C-means algorithm. Then residential load characteristic is analyzed according to clustering analysis result, based on this, a new classified method is proposed and then the analysis of residential electricity consumption characteristic is realized. The analysis results for residential electricity consumption behavior is accurate and effective based on the new classified method, and thus it may provide support for demand response, such as making electricity price of peak load, power load staggering management, and load control.
