摘要 一体化泵站应用越来越广泛,合理的泵坑底部形状可以改善排污泵的入流情况,有利于泵坑内杂质的排出。在对市场上传统泵站产品进行分析研究的基础上,进行了全新的泵坑设计,并对两种不同泵坑方案进行了流动分析,比较了两种泵坑内的流动状态及其对排污泵入流状态的影响,可为泵站的结构设计提供依据。 The application of integrated pump station is more and more extensive, An appropnate bottom shape of the pump sump can improve the inflow condition of the sewage pump and it is conducive to remove impurities from the pump sump. Based on the analysis and research of the traditional pump sta- tion products in the market, two new pump sumps were designed. The flow state in the pump sumps and the inflow condition of the sewage pumps between the two designs were analyzed and compared. The re- suits can provide a good idea for the structure design of pump station.
