摘要
目的探究美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年3月-2015年3月我院收治的60例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为30例观察组和30例对照组,对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后BNP变化情况。结果对照组30例患者中,13例显效,9例有效,总有效率73.3%;观察组30例患者中,19例显效,10例有效,总有效率96.7%,两组组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后BNP均有所改善,但观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,治疗效果明显,副反应少,治愈率提高,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the elinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in thetreatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with heart failure causedby coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were enrolled andrandomly divided into observation group(30 patients)and control group(30 patients).The patients in the control groupwere given trimetazidine,and those in the observation group were given metoprolol combined with trimetazidine.Theclinical outcome and change in brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Among the 30 patients in the control group,13 were markedly improved and 9 showed response,resulting inan overall response rate of 73.3%.Among the 30 patients in the observation group,19 were markedly improved and 10showed response,resulting in an overall response rate of 96.7%.There was a signifieant difference in overall responserate between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups showed a certain improvement in BNP after treatment,and theobservation group showed a significantly more improvement than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In thetreatment of patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease,metoprolol combined with trimetazidine has agood clinical effect,a few adverse events,and a high cure rate,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
