摘要
动胶菌 HP3是一株从某溴胺酸生产车间排放废水的污泥中筛选的、能以溴胺酸为惟一碳源和氮源的菌株 .正交试验表明 ,在 p H、盐质量浓度、供氧量和温度等影响 HP3菌生长的诸因素中 ,温度的影响最显著 .建立了温度 -菌体比生长速率关系方程 ,并探讨了温度影响菌体比生长速率的过程 .发现 HP3菌的最适生长温度为 30 2 .3K,最大比生长速率为0 .2 1 5 1 h- 1 .
Zoogloea itzigohn HP3 separated from sewage sludge could utilize the sodium of 1-amino-4-bromoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic (ABAS) as the sole sources of carbon and nitrogen as well. The results of an orthogonal test show that the temperature is the most important factor affecting the growth of HP3. The correlation equation between the maximum specific growth rate and temperature is obtained and the course in which the maximum specific growth rate changes with temperature is discussed. The maximum specific growth rate and the optimum temperature are found to be 0.215 1 h -1 and 302.3 K, respectively.
