盘式磁流变液制动器的设计与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 磁流变液制动器是一种新型制动装置,文章设计并制作了一种盘式磁流变液制动器,对其磁力线分和磁场强度进行了有限元分析,对其制动力矩进行了静态测试并分析了影响磁流变液制动器制动性能的因素。实验表明,在使用满足一定性能指标的磁流变液条件下,最大制动力矩达到6.8N·m。 MRF brake is a new type of braking device.The paper designs and produces a kind of MRF brake disc,analyzes finite elements of lines of magnetic force points and magnetic field strength,carries out static tests of its braking torque and analysis of factors affecting MRF brake braking performanceThe experiment results show that under the condition of MRF meeting certainperformance index in use,the maximum braking torque is 6.8 N.m .
