摘要
次氯酸作为一种不稳定的弱酸,在日常生活中被广泛应用;而作为一种重要的活性氧物种,在众多生理和病理的过程中也发挥着至关重要的作用.本文中设计、合成以蒽为荧光发色基团,以肟为识别基团的对ClO^-高效选择性识别的荧光传感器S.传感器S对ClO^-有很好的选择性识别能力,而且其他大部分的ROS活性氧簇离子对次氯酸根离子的测定也无干扰,该探针分子对ClO^-有很快的响应速度,在2 min左右即可完成,而且探针分子S对ClO^-的检测限DL达到6.37×10^(-7)mol/L.
Hypochlorous acid,as an unstable weak acid,is widely used in daily life,and also play a crucial role in many physiological and pathological processes as an important reactive oxygen species. Therefore,a new efficient fluorescent chemosensor S based on anthracene as the chromphore and oxime as the recognition site ClO^-is designed and synthesized. Sensor S has good selective recognition ability for ClO^-,and other of most of ROS activity oxygen cluster ion on hypochlorite root ion of determination also no interference,the probe molecular on ClO^-has a quick response speed,in 2 min around can completed,and probe molecular S on ClO^-of detection limited DL can reach to 6. 37 × 10^- 7mol/L.
