摘要
按照联合国规定标准,我国从2000年已经进入老龄化社会。湖南人口老龄化速度居全国前列。人口老龄化对经济方面和社会方面都会带来很大的影响,特别是人口转变过程中如何延续人口老龄化而产生的红利效应,如何满足老年人群体日益提高的消费能力和对生活质量不断提高的要求,养老产业的提出正是为了探索以企业机制促进社会化养老服务的发展,弥补政府投入的不足,解决在发展社会化养老服务方面的困难。为此,研究如何持续养老产业的发展显得尤为重要。论文着重描述了湖南省老龄化的情况和特点,分析了现状和存在问题,在此基础上给出了湖南省养老产业发展的措施和建议。
In accordance with the United Nations standards, China has entered the aging society from 2000. Hunan＇s population aging rate ranks the forefront of the country. Population aging has great economic and social impact, especially in the demographic transition process, how to continue the aging of the population and the dividend effect, how to meet the growing population of the elderly spending power and continuous improvement of the quality of life, the pension industry is proposed in order to explore the enterprise mechanism to promote the development of social pension services to make up for government investment in the development of social services to address the difficulties in the old age. To this end, the study of how the sustainable development of old-age industry is particularly important. This paper focuses on describing the situation and characteristics of aging in Hunan Province, analyzes the status quo and existing problems, gives the measures and recommendations on the development of the pension industry in Hunan Province.
