涡流排水采气工艺在川东地区老气田的应用 被引量:6

摘要 气田开发进入中后期,随着产水的逐步增多,井筒积液成为制约气井生产的一大问题。当地层能量衰退,井液举升阻力加大时,气井产量逐步开始下降,最终导致气井停产。如何将井内积液带出,恢复甚至提高气井产量,一直以来都是困扰老气田生产的一大难题。针对川东地区老气田气井进入生产中后期,多数单井生产带液出现问题,井筒积液严重,影响正常生产的情况,开展新的井下涡流排水采气。通过分析井下涡流工具的技术特点、相关参数,技术优势、主要用途、工艺适用性,以及该工艺目前在现场的运用情况和该工艺在川东地区老气田的运用前景,结论认为,井下涡流排水采气工艺有效地改善了气井生产状况,提高气井排水能力,稳定了老气井的生产能力应用前景较好,可推广运用。 In the mid to late development stage of a gasfield, the water production increases gradually, causing liquid loading of wellbore to severely affect productivity. When formation energy decays and lift resistance of well fluid increases, the gas output begins to decline, finally leading to a shutdown. How to discharge the liquid loading in order to restore or even raise the production has always been a big problem for old gasfields in eastern Sichuan Basin. So, a new technology of downhole vortex drainage gas recovery was developed. Through analyzing the technical characteristics and related parameters, and the technical advantages, main uses, applicability, and field application, the application prospects were studied. Result shows that this technology can effectively improve the production status, enhance the drainage capacity, and stabilize the productivity for the old gas wells, which brings about a better application prospect.
