摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及对患儿生长发育的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2015年5月渭南市中心医院接诊的100例新生儿黄疸患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射。观察两组患儿治疗前后血清转铁蛋白(TRF)、胆红素的变化,对黄疸消退时间进行记录,比较治疗后临床疗效及生长发育情况。结果治疗后,观察组TRF水平高于对照组[(1.96±0.28)g/L比(1.62±0.22)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组胆红素水平低于对照组[(94±16)μmol/L比(116±21)μmol/L],黄疸消退时间短于对照组[(2.9±0.8)d比(4.4±1.1)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组[96.0%(48/50)比78.0%(39/50)],体质量、身长、头围发育情况均高于对照组[(4583±189)g比(3943±132)g,(63.6±2.6)cm比(57.2±2.0)cm,(43.6±1.4)cm比(38.1±1.3)cm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论茵栀黄联合蓝光照射在新生儿黄疸患儿中疗效显著,可以有效降低胆红素水平,消除黄疸,促进患儿的正常生长发育,值得在临床上应用推广。
Objective To study Yinzhihuang combined with blue light irradiation treatment for neonatal jaundice and the influence on growth. Methods Total of 100 cases of neonatal jaundice were selected in Weinan Central Hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 ,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was added with Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation on the basis of the routine treatment. The changes of transferrin (TRF) and bilirubin before and after treatment were observed, the time of jaundice regression was recorded, and the clinical effects and the growth and development after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the TRF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[ ( 1.96±0. 28) g/L vs ( 1.62 ±0.22) g/L] ,with statistically significant difference(P 〈0. 01 ) ; the bilirubin level of the observation group was lower than the control group [ (94± 16) μmol/L vs (116±21 )μmol/L] ,jaundice subsided time was shorter than the control group [ (2. 9±0. 8) d vs (4. 4 ±1.1 ) d] ,with statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group [ 96. 0% (48/50)vs 78.0% (39/ 50 ) ], the body mass,length, head circumference growth were higher than those of the control group [ (4583 ±189) gvs (3943±132) g,(63.6 ±2.6) cmvs (57.2±2.0) cm,(43.6±1.4) cmvs (38.1±1.3) cm], with statistically significant difference(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection combined with blue light irradiation treatment for neonatal jaundice has obvious curative effect, which can effectively reduce the bilirubin level, eliminate jaundice and promote children's normal growth and development, thus is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
