摘要
伴随着经济发展步入新常态,深圳宝安区原有低成本粗放型的发展模式已很难适应当前需要,在空间资源紧约束条件下,急需通过存量产业空间更新,挖掘存量产业空间潜力,推动产业用地二次开发,以促进产业的可持续发展。在此背景下,文章以《宝安科技创新产业城总体规划研究》为例,在分析研究案例现状问题的基础上,探索存量产业空间更新的思路与策略,以期为相关规划提供参考。
The low cost and extensive industrial development model has been outdated in Baoan district in the new normal situation. Industrial space renovation for further development is imperative to realize sustainable industrial development. The paper introduces the practice of Baoan district science and innovation industrial city master plan, studies the concept and strategies of built-up industrial space renovation, and provides a reference for other planning.
