摘要
目的研究D-二聚体(D—D)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选择2014年1月-2015年9月在笔者医院接受治疗的CHD患者94例,再随机选择在笔者医院进行体检的健康志愿者50例。对比所有人员的D—D水平以及高D—D症比例,最后根据Logistic回归性分析D—D与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果观察组D—D水平以及高D—D症比例均显著高于对照组,而在不同冠状动脉病变程度病患中3支病变、双支病变、单支病变的D—D水平以及高D—D症比例依次降低。最后根据Logistic回归性分析得到影响CHD冠状动脉病变程度的2个影响因素,即高同型半胱氨酸血症、高D—D,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论CHD患者D—D明显升高,并且D—D与CHD冠状动脉病变程度具有显著的相关性,在临床上具有较高的参考价值。
Objective To explore the correlation between D - two polymer(D - D) and coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease( coronary heart disease, CHD). Methods Totally 94 patients with CHD from January 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were recorded as observation group. Fifty cases of health volunteers were randomly selected in our hospital ,recorded as control group. Comparison of the levels of D - D and high D - D proportion was performed, according to the correlation of Logistic re- gression analysis of D - D and the degree of coronary artery disease. Results The D - D level of the observation group and in high D - D ratio were significantly higher than control group, and level of D - D in patients with three vessel disease, double vessel disease, single vessel disease was reduced gradually. Finally, according to the Logistic regression analysis,2 factors wegot influencing degree of coronary artery disease : the high homocysteine, high D - D. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion For CHD patients, D - D was increased significantly. There was significant correlation between the D - D and the severity of coronary artery disease.
